The Tamil Nadu 10th public exam results for 2025 are tentatively expected to be released on May 9, 2025. The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) will officially announce the results online, and students can check their results by logging in to tnresults.nic.in with their registration number and date of birth.
The public examination for Class 10 concludes today (April 15). As per the Tamil Nadu school education syllabus, public examinations are being conducted for Classes 10, 11, and 12. Accordingly, the public exams for Classes 11 and 12 were held from March 3 to March 27 this academic year.
Following that, the public examination for Class 10 began on March 28 and has been ongoing. Around 900,000 students—both boys and girls—are writing this exam at approximately 4,113 centers set up across the state. The exams for Tamil, Mathematics, Science, and English subjects have already been completed.
Now, the Class 10 public examination concludes today (April 15), with the final exam being Social Science. Regarding this, examination department officials stated, "Once the public exams are over, students' answer sheets will be taken to 118 regional collection centers.
From there, they will be sent to evaluation centers starting April 17. The evaluation of answer sheets will take place from April 21 to April 30. After completing tasks including the entry of marks, the exam results will be published as scheduled on May 19," they said.
